HOW TO USE:

Place one tanning patch on your stomach for 8 hours. Morning, or night.
The patches will peel off from packaging making it super helpful for you to apply to skin. During the night is best advised for use, as the patches will not stay during shower time. Not to be used during sunbed session. There is 28 patches (2 in each sealant bag) meaning it’s a 4 week course, so as soon as you peel off your last repeat the process at the same time each night. Tan patches work gradually by releasing melanin which is absorbed through the skin.
